巷道穿断层破碎带不对称支护技术研究与应用

Research and Application on the Asymmetric Supporting Theory of Roadway Surrounding Rock Stability in Fault Fracture Zone

摘要: 为了解决穿断层巷道支护技术难题,以穿南屯矿DWF10断层破碎带的西北轨道运输上平巷掘进为工程背景,综合采用数值计算和现场工业性试验的方法研究断层破碎带巷道围岩控制技术与方案。通过分析穿断层巷道围岩变形破坏机理,提出了分步联合支护技术方案,即采用“高预应力锚网支护+U型钢支架支护+喷浆支护”的初次支护和“预应力锚索支护+滞后注浆补强加固”的二次支护,巷道支护效果分析表明围岩变形已基本得到控制,为减少采区巷道断层保护煤柱宽度、提高薄煤层采出率提供了技术保障。

Abstract: Based on the engineering background of the excavation through DWF10 fault fracture zone of northwest upper-roadway for transportation, the paper synthesized numerical calculation and field industrial test to study the controlling technologies and countermeasures of roadway surrounding rock in fault fracture zone. The results of numerical calculation indicated that: (1)after roadway excavation, the roadway surrounding rock damaged rapidly along the fault; (2) Obviously asymmetric characteristics be fund in both the deformation of roadway surrounding rock and the plastic zone distribution, and the deformation of hanging wall side of roadway significantly less than which of footwall side, the amount of floor heave dramatically greater than that of floor sag, and the plastic zone of surrounding rock near the fault fracture zone is significantly larger than any other places; (3) Because the different weakening effects of fault fracture zone, the stress decreasing range is relatively big in terms of the hanging wall side of roadway and roadway floor. Then, the paper put forward the solutions of support——“high pre-stressed anchor and net support + u-shape steel support + concrete support” as the first support, and “pre-stressed anchor cable support + lagging grouting reinforcement” as the second support. The supporting effect indicated that the surrounding rock has been under control basically, that is mean that the roadway excavation in thin-coal seam close to big fault for decreasing coal reserves under the mining roadway and increasing coal recovery rate can be achieved.
